All these questions should have a yes answer. The puppies breeder should be happy to answer these for you. If you receive any negative answer, or if the breeder is not willing to answer them, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PUPPY!
TEMPERAMENT
_______Is the puppy socialized?

_______Is the puppies mother of good quality and nature?
_______Does the breeder require the puppy stay with his litterpals until 6 to 8 weeks of age?
_______Has the breeder discussed the energy level of an Aussie and the need for exercise?
_______Has the breeder told you about the herding instinct which can result in nipping of heels, pants and herding of children, cars or other animals?
HEALTH
_______Was puppy raised in a safe, clean environment?
_______Has puppy received at least 1 set of vaccinations(puppy shot)?
_______Has puppy been dewormed at least once?
CONTRACTS
_______Have you been given a 4 or 5 generation pedigree of the puppy?
_______Have you received a written contract?
_______Have you been given a health record of shots and wormings done on puppy?
_______Have you been given a registration certificate (or application) when you take possession of the puppy
